Hi there! I am a New York City based yoga instructor and theatre artist. My yoga journey began accidentally when I followed my mom to Elaine’s class at Yoga Shelter, having no idea the impact this practice would have on my life. As if by design, the necessity of virtual communication during the pandemic allowed me to receive my yoga training from Yoga Shelter. I’m so grateful to stay present in the community as a virtual instructor.

Due to my background in theatre, my class prioritizes breath work, body alignment, and will encourage your inner joy!
