New Students
+ Iām a beginner, where can I start?
Our teachers are trained to support students of all experience levels. We create an environment where everyone is welcome ā beginners and advanced practitioners alike. We recommend those new to yoga begin with our Stretch & Flow or Guided Flow class before attending a Bold Flow or Vinyasa Flow. These completely guided practices move at a pace that allows new students more time to become familiar with the poses and feel it out in their own body. + My body is not flexible, can I still practice yoga?
Absolutely! We believe yoga is for Every Body, no matter how flexible you are. The more you visit your mat, the more you will see a change in your mobility and strength.
+ What should I bring to my first class?
Wear clothing you feel comfortable moving and sweating in. We recommend bringing a water bottle, yoga mat, hand towel and an open mind.
+ Should I eat or drink before class?
We recommend hydrating before class and not practicing with a full stomach. If you need to eat, go for something light.
+ Are all your classes heated?
Yes, all classes are heated. Levels of heat vary based on style of class. You can learn more about our classes here.
+ How often should I practice?
The more you practice, the more you will realize the life-changing benefits of yoga: physically and mentally. We recommend practicing at least twice a week. Many of our students have a consistent daily practice.
+ Is there a place to change/shower?
All of our studios have both changing areas and bathrooms.
+ Do teachers provide hands-on adjustments?
We make a conscious effort to be as mindful as possible when offering adjustments. If a teacher offers adjustments, consent cards will be handed out before the start of class that indicate whether or not you'd like to receive adjustments throughout class.

+ How can I be added to the email list?

+ Do you have kids and/or prenatal yoga?
While we do occasionally offer both kids and prenatal yoga as workshops, we do not offer theses classes on our weekly schedule. However, expecting mamas are welcome to attend our weekly classes if they feel comfortable. We highly recommend emailing yogi@boldflowyoga.com to chat more so we can give you teacher and class recommendations.
+ Do you offer private sessions?
Yes! If you're interested in booking, please email yogi@boldflowyoga.com.
Policies
+ Are my classes/membership valid at all locations?
Yes! All memberships and packages can be used at all BOLD Flow locations, including our virtual studio.
+ Can I pause/cancel my membership?
To pause or cancel your membership we require a submitted form 10 days prior to the next billing cycle. Click here to fill out the cancellation form. Alternatively, memberships may be paused for one month every calendar year.
+ Can I get a refund?
Classes and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you believe there are special circumstances, please email [membership@boldflowyoga.com][1] and we'll connect!
