My why behind teaching is simple: To support others. 

I'm a big believer that yoga brings everything to the surface. So I come to my mat to heal from the inside out and I love holding space for others to do the same as they embark on their own path inward.

I started my teaching journey over a decade ago in San Diego. My family and I moved to the area a couple years ago and I look forward to planting new roots in the Detroit yoga community.
